We’re having Mexican food for dinner tonight and of course we need to make guacamole to go with our tacos and pico de gallo. With so many guacamole recipe variations guac ever shall we do?! Well of course we have our own take on the traditional recipe since we’re making everything from scratch this time around. You can make it smooth or chunky, spicy or mild, the choice is yours because either way this guac will turn out FUEGO!
The ingredients for any guacamole recipe are pretty traditional. You’ve got your avos, along with tomatoes, lime juice, and cilantro. We also threw in some garlic and red onion. While you can always add in some jalapeños to spice things up (leave in the seeds for that extra dose of Ayy Dios Mio!) we made ours mild.
This guacamole goes perfectly with tacos or burritos. Serve with our taco beef recipe as well as our pico de gallo and instant fluffy sour cream.
