Ground beef taco recipe

Equipment

  • 1 medium sized pot
  • Wooden spoon or spatula

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp Vegetable oil
  • 1 lbs Ground beef
  • 1 whole Onion diced
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • tbsp Tomato sauce
  • 2 tbsp Cilantro finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp Taco/Fajita seasoning store bought
  • 1 tbsp Lime juice juiced
  • 1 tsp Balsamic vinegar
  • ¾ tsp Fine salt
  • ½ tsp Black pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat a pot on high heat. Add in the oil.
  • Add in the onions and garlic. Saute until onions are golden brown. Then add the beef.
  • Stir the pot and mix ingredients well until the beef is browned. Then add in the rest of the ingredients.
  • Continue cooking on low heat, stirring occasionally until the liquids in the ground beef have been absorbed . This should not take more than 10 minutes. Once it has reached the correct consistency it is ready to serve.
