Ground beef taco recipe

1 medium sized pot
Wooden spoon or spatula
- 1 tbsp Vegetable oil
- 1 lbs Ground beef
- 1 whole Onion diced
- 1 clove Garlic minced
- 1½ tbsp Tomato sauce
- 2 tbsp Cilantro finely chopped
- 2 tbsp Taco/Fajita seasoning store bought
- 1 tbsp Lime juice juiced
- 1 tsp Balsamic vinegar
- ¾ tsp Fine salt
- ½ tsp Black pepper
Preheat a pot on high heat. Add in the oil.
Add in the onions and garlic. Saute until onions are golden brown. Then add the beef.
Stir the pot and mix ingredients well until the beef is browned. Then add in the rest of the ingredients.
Continue cooking on low heat, stirring occasionally until the liquids in the ground beef have been absorbed . This should not take more than 10 minutes. Once it has reached the correct consistency it is ready to serve.
